Call the American Board of Occupational Health Nurses at 888-842-2646 or www.abohn.org. The application form is available online along with the criteria for sitting for the exam and exam locations. |

The examinations are delivered by computer at over 150 AMP Assessment Centers nationwide. The examinations are scheduled by appointment only Monday through Friday. |

Besides the manuals for our course Occupational Health and Safety Principles and Nursing Certification Review, it is suggested that you have the AAOHN Core Curriculum for Occupational and Environmental Health Nursing (3rd edition) and its companion AAOHN Core Curriculum Study Guide. These books are available for purchase from www.AAOHN.org/marketplace. |

If you have a copy of the AAOHN Core Curriculum for Occupational and Environmental Health Nursing and the AAOHN Core Curriculum Study Guide, please bring it to the class. |

You will receive a copy of the two-volume course syllabus, Occupational Health and Safety Principles and Nursing Certification Review, handouts and Internet resource information. |

What time does the class start and end? |

Class hours are 8:15a.m.-5:30 p.m. the first day. The second day class sessions run 8a.m.-5p.m. The third day we begin at 8a.m. and end at 2:30p.m. |

Can special courses be arranged for corporations or nursing chapters? |

Yes, you must attend the full program to receive Continuing Education Credits. |
